Samscwamch this build is o.k. it's just that it relies too much on HITTING, better is to have regen. Also it's a little cliche so people will look down upon you for it. Oh and a little tip, if you dont't want people to flame you, don't flame them back (all caps sentences screams flame), just rise above them and reply with well thought out rebuttals.

lol, why should tanks have a rez? if anything the tank is the first person to die because the T A N K is the one supposed to be taking damage. which means that they should NOT have to rez anyone. if the warrior is the last person left alive, gg for being a stupid group. this is a pve build, not pvp. give the guy a break. if it works it works, there's no reason to flame him for it, not unless there's actually something wrong with it. this is almost as bad as everyone flaming sword warriors for not having sever arter + gash + final thrust + dolyak in their build, because if you dont have those skills you're a noob. please people, get off your high horses.

lol spyke, if the tank dies first that means the tank sucks, the tanks are meant to take the hits and SURVIVE, and in a PvE party YOU HAVE TO HAVE RES, you have to prepare for the possibility that you will be the last man standing, regardless of class.

I agree with Spyke136, people need to get off their high horse and stop bashing the build just because it has no res. He said it was a PVE build which could mean he solo's with it, hence no need for a res. Or, he could be using it with heros/henchies. I never bring res when I have 7 heros/henchmen. I almost forgot to capitalize the lone I. Good thing I caught that, don't want the grammar/spelling police on my back. Thanks for posting your build Sam, hopefully build-bashers won't discourage other people from posting. Otherwise they will have to leech a build somewhere else or , God Forbid, come up with their own build.

Look people post builds on here so others can comment on them. If you dont want people to point out flaws in your build or suggest areas for improvement dont post! Having new builds is always a good thing but that doesnt mean they are good or cant be improved. When I say you should bring a res I say so because in my opinion (and thats what you get for posting, others opinions) the tank should be the last to die and therefore it makes sense to have a res on it. This doesnt mean you HAVE to bring one but in the posters opinion they think you should.

People suck anyway, the build is fine, it has hex removal, and he can rely on his henchies to remove blind.
I really don't understand why mods let some of you people needlessly flame people like this, not everyone plays like you do, and they don't need your pessimistic flames.
Having criticism is fine, people that post crap like, needs mending, or Aurons entire post is just a slap to the face of the op.

Holy crap... I think you just melted my brain...
Anyhow... on topic... the build seems pretty decent. I never freaking use a rez. in PvE anyhow. But since the end game of Guild Wars is based around PvP you'll need to have a build that allows a Rez Sig. Especially as a Monk, people will expect it of you. Course, you could just use this build to get to 20 then revamp. =)

Excuse me? Are you saying that just because we're taking his build apart, it means that we can't come up with our own builds? I've had people compliment me on my build (even monks XD) when I play w/ them in missions and stuff all the time. It's a lot more flexible than this, too. I should probably go update it...
Anyway: we are not flaming this build, or flaming at all. We're just saying, that the tank is usually alive longest, so it probably makes a ton more sense just to take a rez in case. What's illogical about that?

LV+VS seems to me a bit like the all-too-common wammo builds. Tragically common, in fact. It's sad that we have all these new skills and new potential only to see more of the same. Everyone seems to go any/Mo nowadays, which completely defeats the point of innovation.
